AFTER spending another weekend as spectators, Miron Bleiberg’s men resume Hyundai A-League action this Sunday and face a tough test against one of the form sides of the competition when they travel west to take on Perth Glory at NIB Stadium.

Following the FFA’s (Football Federation Australia) Disciplinary Committee hearing this evening, North Queensland Fury defender, Eric Akoto, has had his two-match suspension reduced to an automatic one-match ban plus a one-match suspended sentence if he receives a further red card this season (including Finals Series).

Head Coach Franz Straka has named a 15-man squad for this Sunday’s Hyundai A-League week 3 match against Melbourne Victory at AAMI Park. Unsurprisingly, Straka has no changes to the squad who defeated last season’s champions, Sydney FC in Townsville last Saturday night.
